Our Story
The Granary Floral has been telling stories with flowers since 2003, building a reputation for creating beautiful and memorable floral creations perfectly matched to every occasion and setting.
Anna Memmott
The Owner
Hi I’m Anna! My love for flowers began as a young girl gathering wild sweet peas on the ditch bank of our family farm with my Grandma. That love continued later in my youth while living in Italy, admiring the stunning fields of sunflowers and romantic castle gardens. Those early memories sparked a lifelong passion for floriculture and design. I went on to earn an Associate Degree in Floral Design Management from BYU–Idaho, through which I had the incredible opportunity to return to Padova, Italy, for an internship at the charming Fioreria Mazzucato. That was followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Weber State University. In 2003 I started my own floral design business and opened the doors to my retail space in 2023 at Dibble Farms, where we rebuilt the old Granary. Through all these years, I have found a love of creating, teaching and sharing beauty with all around me.
Tiffany Plyler
My love for flowers started in my grandma’s garden, where I wrote my first “floral poem” in kindergarten: “Sweet breath of flowers whisper softly in my ear—smell me, Tiffany.” That little line was probably my first floral creation! Also, my father worked in a greenhouse when he was in high school and his favorite plant was the Tiffany Rose and he promised to name his future daughter that one day. Flowers and me were always meant to be.
I took floral design classes all through high school, and worked in flower shops. Then went on to study horticulture with an emphasis in floral design at BYU–Idaho. But my free spirit led me to trade the classroom for the world—I’ve worked in flower shops across the U.S. and in Belgium, France, Italy, and England. Traveling and flowering together is my favorite way to connect with people and places.
Finding The Granary felt like fate. Working with Anna has been such a joy—we’re kindred spirits with a shared love for organic, soulful floral art. I’m happiest in the shop, watching our creations light up faces (and maybe even bring a few happy tears). That’s the magic of flowers.
Our Heritage
Dibble Farms began in 1877, when Philo Dibble Jr. and his wife, Antoinette Cleveland, settled in this area with their six children.
Since then, this land has been in continuous operation by the Dibble family, and we are proud to be part of this legacy. Our name “The Granary” is a nod to the building where the grain harvest was stored—our shop is built on the same footprint as that shed. We even salvaged some of the original wood, which you can see in a couple of our interior walls. We are grateful for our agricultural heritage and are striving to continue the values they embraced. Seven generations of family have found joy through principles of faith, integrity, hard work, education, persistence, and generosity.
Our Approach
At the Granary, we love creating unique and thoughtful arrangements. They are personalized to each client—no two are exactly alike. We use only the finest blooms and other organic elements to create truly unforgettable pieces. In addition to beautiful flowers from around the world, we love locally sourced flowers. We even grow some of our own!
